We are specialists in the personalisation of gifts, champagnes, wines, spirits and associated products for our customers. We provide custom designs of drink labels, diamond drag engraving of bottles up to 12 inches in diameter, computerised engraving of gifts, printing and personalising of presentation boxes and ribbon printing.
Our gifts and packages are supplied to the corporate market and to private user who wishes to purchase small quanitites of our products
We are licensed by the Cheshire Licencing authority to sell alcohol and we take the licencing laws and objectives seriously and will not under any circumstances attempt to sell alcoholic beverages to under age children. As an Internet based sales operation we insist that on all purchases the purchaser confirms at checkout that they of legal age before they commit to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to purchase alcohol if you are not of legal age. Please help us to promote responsbilble drinking.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Although our delivery period aim is to supply our goods and services within a stipulated number of working days, it is due to demand or other reasons beyond our contro,l not always possible, in these circumstances we will deliver the product(s) as soon as they become available for despatch. If this is not acceptable to our customer and no work has been undertaken, we will offer a refund.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All personalised items are specifically customised for our customers, we aim to despatch all our products within 5 - 7 working days. If the order includes a bespoke design or company logo, or if it is a volume order we will advise each customer by email when the goods will be delivered. Please note that sometimes due to demand, delivery may exceed normal terms, in these circumstances, we will endeavour to complete your order as qucikly as possible. if the period exceeds 10 working days you will be notified and a refund will be offered if you cannot wait any longer, please see Making a Purchase for further details.
When corporate customers require approval of a special design or a production sample, a full quotation and specification will be sent under seperate cover,
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.|

We guarantee you satisfaction that if we have supplied you with a faulty product, made a mistake in personalising your product, please contact us within 7 days for a returns numbers stating what the fault is, on receipt of a returns number return it and we will send a replacemenrt. Please do not return any goods without a retuns number.

Please note any engraved or personalised items are not returnable unless they are deemed to be faulty or not engraved as per the order . To ensure that all faulty items are returned correctly and a new item dispatched to replace the faulty item. Please detail your complaint in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org where it wll be dealt with promptly.
If you have made a mistake wioth your order you must notify us within 24 hours of the order being placed to see whether we can correct it. If possible we will try and corect any error in processing and will notify you. As part of our quality control we will always try to indentify any obvious mistakes and advise you or request confirmation.
